An 8 week program aimed to motivate, inform and inspire you to adopt a healthy and more active lifestyle. Each week will cover weight management, nutrition, a low impact physical activity, goal setting and handouts to help you keep on track.
Eat Well, Move Well, Live Well, is run by a qualified fitness instructor specialising in in Older Adults and Group who makes sessions fun and mixes it up so there is something different each week.
You’ll need to be able to do at least 30 minutes of unassisted physical activity and at the end of the program you’ll be introduced to a range of activities available in the community you may like to try as part of the new, fitter, you.
Programs are run during Terms 1, 2 and 4 each year and bookings are essential.
