Eat Well, Move Well, Live Well is a 7 week program designed to motivate, inform and inspire you to adopt a healthy and more active lifestyle.
Each week will cover weight management, nutrition and a low impact physical activity that you can do at home or locally with goal setting and handouts to help you stay on track.
Run by a qualified fitness instructor at South Gippsland Hospital Community Health Centre, Program 2 starts May 3rd, for 7 weeks on Wednesday mornings from 9.30 to 11 am.
